RESOLVED: That permission be and it is hereby granted to the Baker Playground Association
to conduct a carnival on the Baker Playgrounds, Baker Avenue and Waseca Street
for the period of May 14 to 20, 1956, inclusive, upon the filing of a $10,000.
surety bond to be approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel, and as to
surety by the Commissioner of Finance, and that Application D 8902 for license
to operate a Merry-Go-Round in conjunction therewith be also hereby granted.
