RESOLUTION
CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA

Whereas, Lawson Software is the Ciry's sofrwate vendor for the COMET project and L awson is seeking input for their sales
team from clients to help them better their business strategies. Lawson has asked that the Ciry to give feedback on their
performance of the sofYware as well as the their implementation team, Lawson Professional Services, on how they could be more
competihve in implementing their sofiwaze; and
Whereas, the annual meeting will be held in Boston Massachusetts on June 12-14, 2010 and Lawson will cover all expenses
with an estimated value not to exceed $1000.00;
Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that upon the recommendation form the Mayor, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the acceptance of the payment of all costs associated with the participation of Paul Strong to attend Lawson's
annua] Sales team meeting; and bit
Further Resolved, that the proper city officials are herby authorized to take appropriate acrions necessary to facilitate the
par[icipation m the meeting.

Whereas, Paul Strong Duector of the COMET Project for the City of Saint Paul, has been invited to present to the Lawson
Software Sales staff at the aanual sales team meering; and
