RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Saint
Paul accepts, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, from
Bisanz Bros., Inc. , the following:
The West Thirty (30) feet of Lot One (1) ,
Block Three (3) , Bisanz Highland Plains,
according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the Office of the Register
of Deeds in and for said County of Ramsey,
and State of Minnesota;
for the purpose of adding said property to Prior Avenue, in
order to extend said Avenue to a width of sixty (60) feet.

Attached hereto please find a Conveyance of
the West 30 ft. of Lot 1, Block 3, Bisana Highland Plains,
to the City of St.Paul. In the plat of "Bisans Highland a
Plains No.2" Prior Avenue was platted adjacent to the above
piece of property. After the acceptance of the Conveyance,
Prior Avenue will have a width of 60 ft, and will extend from
Worcester Avenue to the right-of-way of the C.m.St.P.& P.Ry.
This property is Torrence Property and the owner informs me
that the Torrence Certificate is in the office of the Register
of Titles.
