177469 17 469 Council File No. PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT "•° # ;. and .� PRELIMINARY ORDER. - ± The undersigned hereby proposesthe making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul,viz.: Partially opening, widening and extending Randolph Avenue freest Shepard Road, as proposed to be opened, to the east line of Oneida Street by contemning and taking the following described traits of land, all in the City of $t.Pauls That part of Block 27, Stinson, Brown and Ramseyes Addition, adjacent to and north of the prevent Randolph Avenue between Erie street and Daeida Street, bounded by the following described lines, Commencing at the intersection of the west line of Erie Street and the north line of the present *ndi1ph lremoe; thence north on the said west line of Erie Street a distance of 122.18 ft. to a point; thence in a southwesterly direction on a straight lire to a point on the east line of Oneida Street that is 51,25 ft. north of the intersection of the said east line and the north line of the present Randolph Avenue; thence south on the aforesaid east line to its intersection with the north line of the present Randolph Av emm4 thence east on the north line of the present Randolph Avenue to the point of beginning.
