In the matter o grading East Seventh Street from Van Dyke
• Street to Kesel Street, and Hanel Street from East Seventh Street to
Stillwater Avenues under Preliminary Order 161296 approved September
18, 1952, and Final Order 175136 approved September 27, 1955.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted •
for the above improvement, be and the same are hereby approved and
the Commissioner of Public Works, be and he is hereby directed to
place the gravel and oiling by City Forces at an estimated cost of
0,001.20, and the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary •
materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is
hereby directed to obtain bids for the grading work on this improvement,
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement,
including ..limeering and inspection expenses, amounting to $1j76.23,
or a total of $h.,b77.13, plus the cost of grading, be assessed against
the benefited property.
