Hon. Council
City of St. Paul
Gentlemen:
We recommend condemnation of the duplex dwelling at 415
Rondo Street, known as Lot 22, Block 15, Mackubin 8
Marshall 's Addition.
This building is approximately 17 by 45 by 28 feet,
about ninety per cent deteriorated, dangerous to life,
limb, and adjoining property. It is open to children
and others. It should be wrecked and removed as it is
beyond reasonable repair.
The last known record owner is Martin V. King , of this
same address. A Danger Notice has been posted.
May we ask that you institute condemnation action in ac-
cordance with Section 107.2 of the building code by
setting a public hearing date?
Yours truly, /
'-
