Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: We recommend condemnation of the duplex dwelling at 415 Rondo Street, known as Lot 22, Block 15, Mackubin 8 Marshall 's Addition. This building is approximately 17 by 45 by 28 feet, about ninety per cent deteriorated, dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It is open to children and others. It should be wrecked and removed as it is beyond reasonable repair. The last known record owner is Martin V. King , of this same address. A Danger Notice has been posted.
