Resolved:
That permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company
to make necessary excavation: lay underground conduit and cable with the necessary
manholes and lateral pipes connecting the intersection streets and alleys: to set
poles and anchors and place the necessary equipment on the following named streets
and alleys;
On Adrian Street between Hathaway and Albion Streets.
Poles and construction to be removed when requested by the City Council.
Work to be done under the direction of the "Commissioner of Public Works", the
Telephone Company to pay the cost of publication incident hereto.
