RESOLVED, that Chsrlee Coe be paid the sum of $6641.25
out of the Workments Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of June 4, 1954,
while in the employ of the Department of Public Works, whereby
he suffered a temporary total disability until November 26,
1954, and a 20 per cent permanent partial disability of his
back and a 75 per cent permanent partial disability of his right
foot and ankle, a total of 189 3/4 weeks, of which 65 weeks, to
and including February 24, 1956, have been paid, the balance
thereof to be paid said employe at the rate of $35.00 per week,
until fully paid, at intervals of four weeks, and that the sum
of $210.00 to and including April 6, 1956, is now payable.
