I WHEREAS, on May 5, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-474,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private properry from
3 January 15 to 28, 2004. (File No. J1002A, Assessment No. 1Q8832); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 1239 Fremont Avenue, being described as:
A Gotzians Re of Sigels Add Lot 16 Blk 19
9 with the property identification number 33-29-22-14-0032 was assessed an amount of $300.00 for property
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error
13 by department staff.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $391.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-190 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
