RESOLVED, that the abandoned filling station on
property described as follows:
All that part of Lot One (1) easterly of the
following described line: Commencing at a point
on the southerly line of said lot 53.80 feet
westerly from southeasterly corner thereof, thence
northerly 39.5 feet to a point 54.33 feet westerly
from easterly line of said lot, thence northeasterly
33.54 feet to a point on the northerly line of said
lot 44.95 feet westerly from the northeasterly corner
thereof, Lot One (1) , Rearrangement of Part of Block
Sixty-two (62) of Irviliels Enlargement to Rice &
Irvine's Addition, City of St. Paul, according
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota;
also described as 257-259 W. Fifth Street, in Saint Paul, was
and is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe, and
dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that said
structure is incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or
remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should
be wrecked and removed from said land; and it is
ORDERED that said structure be forthwith wrecked and
removed from said land by and at the separate cost and expense
of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof.
