outhouse on Lot 12, Block 7, Palisade Addition to Saint
Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also
described as Mo. 2364 Benson Avenue, in Saint Paul, was and
is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe and dangerous
to life, limb and adjoining property; that said structure is
