RESOLVED, That the application of Mr. William Davidson
for a permit to install and operate a private parking lot
at the northeast corner of Fairview and University Avenues,
on the westerly 100 feet of the southerly 400 feet of Lot A
of Dickerman' s Rearrangement of Dickerman's Park, except
that part deeded for parking purposes, in accordance with
applicant's plans dated April 19 and filed June 19th, 1956,
subject to the conditions outlined by the letter of Eugene
V. Avery, Traffic Engineer, dated November 9, 1955, to the
Director of the City Planning and Zoning Board, and also
subject to the conditions outlined by the letter of C. D.
Loeks, Planning Director, is hereby granted.

Dear Mr. Loeks:
Transmitted herewith for administrative review and action
is a preliminary plan for parking lot which would lie in part
on the east boulevard of Fairview north of University. The
plan was submitted by Mr. Bill Davidson, CA. 2-4444.
The traffic committee has given preliminary approval to
the use of the boulevard for the lot provided parking meters
are used on the portion of the lot involving public property,
and provided proper standards of design and construction are
used.
