RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for Rental of Decorations
for Pop Concerts in the Arena of the St.Paul Municipal Auditorium
(including labor for putting up and taking down decorations), for period
from July 7, 1956 through September 1, 1956, to FILL MORE & BRADB URY, INC.
in accordance with City specifications, for the contract price of
$800.00, such bid being the lowest and said Fillmore & Bradbury, Inc.
being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be, and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
