INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of partially opening, widening and extending the proposed Short Line
Road by condemning and taking the following described lots: Lots 23 and 21+, Block 27,
Anna E. Ramsey's Addition, Enlargement of, to St. Paul, Minn.; Lot 1, Block 1, John
L. Wilson's Woodcrest; Lot 3, Block 8, Boulevard Addition,
under Preliminary Order 1781+7' approved June 21, 1956
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is partially open, widen
and extend the proposed Short Line Road by condemning and taking the following described
lots: Lots 23 and 24, Block 27, Anna E. Ramsey's Addition, Fn1surgement of, to St. Paul,
Minn.; Lot 1, Block 1, John L. Wilson's Woodcrest; Lot 3, Block 8, Boulevard Addition,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 31,700•00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 24th day of
thily , 19_56 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner rovided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement tnitilie total cost thereof as estimated.
