HOLLAND, Commissioner ARTHUR F. COLEMAN. Deputy Commissioner June 21, 1956 Comsr. Bernard T. Holland Dept. Parks, Playgrounds and Public Bldgs. Dear Sir: Robert L. Highberg made application for an amendment to Council File 168771, adopted June 8, 1954, which in turn was amended by Council File No. 168838, adopted June 17, 1954, to the extent that the figure 60 was changed to 65 in the first amendment. This has to do with a setback and a building line matter on the north side of Sims Street east of Flandrau which was passed by the City Council in June of 1954. Mr. Highberg now desires that this figure of 65 be changed by amendment to the figure of 75 feet, which is, in the opinion of the under- signed, perfectly proper. I have discussed this with the members of the Zoning Board and they feel the same way about it. It is therefore recommended that you introduce a resolution into Council amending Council File No. 168838, adopted June 17, 1954, by striking the figure 65 from the resolution and insert- ing in lieu thereof the figure 75. I have handled this for you, as it was a matter about which Mr. Highberg originally visited you. Sincerely yours, Al7ed H. Schroeder ty Architect AHS :al
