Briefly, the applicants propose to extend a small canopy out to the sidewalk. This canopy will be approximately 18' wide and will extend from the sidewalk line a distance of 172' northerly to the building. This canopy will be located approximately mid- point on lot 29 as shown on the applicant's plans dated March 19, 1956 and the architect's structure drawings A-4 dated April 1956. The nearest residence which would be affected by this change is located approximately 100' to the west at 1041 Euclid, The owner of this property,together with five of the other seven owners of property in this block westerly to Cypress has signified his consent to this proposed change. In consideration of this fact the Zoning Board finds the applicant's proposal is not a radical one from the standpoint of its effect or enjoyment of adjacent property or its visual appearance. The property affected is lots No.25,29 and 30, Stinson Sub. of Lyman Dayton* Addition, City of Saint Paul, Minnesota and located in the west corner, Marl and Muclid Streets. Our request is to get permission in building a canopy from the new Church Addition to the public walk.
