June 19, 1956, be canceled, and that out of the Workment s
Compensation Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation
of $40.00 be paid to William H. Raths while he is totally
disabled by reason of injuries received on March 14, 1956, while
employed by the Department of Public Works, and $256.00 in final
settlement, to and including April 27, 1956, is now payable, the
error in time having been reported by this employee, he having
worked for another employer after April 27.
