WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and spesifioatieas for
the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Ne. 280 renumbered as Trunk Highway Lumber
280 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul f'ren the 0.4 MI. S. of Come
Ave. to I. corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file is the office of the Departaoat of Highways,
Saint Paul, lbnnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State Prej. lie.
6242-06 & 6241-OS CT.Ha, 28® 80); and
WHEREAS, Said specifications are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State Prej.
Ne. 624246 & 6241-08 (T.H. 2410-280, which, together with the lOanesota Departisat of
Highways Specifieatioas for Highway Construction, dated July 1, 1947, and Sa plrneat
Ne. 1, to the l(ianesota Departaeat of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction,
effective April 15, 1953, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, sea-
• stituts the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway.Humber 2$ renumbered
as Trunk Highway Number 280; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and specifications as so narked, labeled, and
identified are also en file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, The tern "said plans and specifications" as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be doomed and intended to masa, refer to, and incorporate
the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described.
NOV, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and specifieatiems for the improvement
of Trunk Highway Humber 280 renumbered as Tricok Highway lumber 280 within the limits
of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.

SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
and specifications be and they are hereby approved and eensent is hereby gives to any
and all changes in grade occasioned by the constrnctioa of said Trunk Highway lumber 280
/ renumbered as Trunk Highway lumber 280 in accordance with said plans and specifications.

COMMISSIONER
Rea State Projects No. 6242-06 and 6241-08 (Trunk Highway No. 280) (Eustis
Street Highway) Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, City of St. Paul.
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifications for
the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 280 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number
280 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul from the 0.4 Ni. S. of Casio
Ave. to N. corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State Proj. No.
6242-06 & 6241--08 (T.H. 280=280); and
WHEREAS, Said specifications are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State Proj.
No. 62,2106 & 6241.08 (T.H. 2 280, which, together with the Minnesota Department of
Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated July 1, 1947, and Supplement
No. 1 to the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction,
effective April 15, 1953, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, con-
stitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered
as Trunk Highway Number 280; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled, and
identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, The term "said plans and specifications" as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate
the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and specifications for the improvement
of Trunk Highway Number 280 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 280 within the limits
of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
and specifications be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any
and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 280
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 280 in accordance with said plans and specifications.
