RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the
Installation of approximately 1170 Square Yards of Bituminous Surface on
an Area between Main Zoo Building aid Existing East Mail, located at
Como Park, St. Paul, Minnesota, to ARMOR-COAT FINISHING CO., INC. in
accordance with City plan and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the For mat Bid 0778 of said Armor-Coat Finishing Co., Inc. at
$1.58 per square yard, making total amount of contract approximately
$1848.6u, such bid being the lowest and said Armor-Coat Finishing Co., Inc.
being the Lowest reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be, and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor and the properCity officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.

said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
