WHEREAS, Oolucil File No. 176678, approved
February 3, 1956, was a resolution creating a
citizens' committee to study grade and compensation
problems of members of the police and fire depart-
ments of the City of Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, said resolution provided that
the committee was to submit a report to the Council
not later than June 15, 1956, and
WHEREAS, the work of the committee has
been more voluminous than had been anticipated,
now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the time originally set
for the submission of the committee report to the
Council l be extended from June 15, 1956, to ', C�
