FINAL ORDE ' CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the" westerly 4 ft. of the easterly
6 ft. of Lot 16, Block 1, Regenoldis Midway Addition, from Lafond Ave. to the alley
in the rear of said lot. Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction
purposes on a strip of land 8 ft. in width on the west side above easement and the
easterly 2 ft. of Lot 16 and the westerly 6 ft. of Lot 17 in said Block 1, Regenoldls
Midway Additon, from Lafond Ave. to the alley in Block 1, Regenold's Midway Addition,
under Preliminary Order 177560 , approved April 20, 1956
Intermediary Order 177955 , approved May 22, 1956
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is condemn and take an easement for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of
the easterly 6 ft. of Lot 16, Block 1, Regenold's Midway Addition, from Lafond Ave. to
the alley in the r ear of said lot. Also condemning and t aking a temporary easement for
construction purposes on a strip of land 8 ft. in width on the west side of above easement
and the easterly 2 ft. of Lot 16 and the westerly 6 ft. of Lot 17 in said Block 1, itaginusiti

and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
An easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public
sewer on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly 6 ft. of Lot 16,
Block 1, Regenoldls Midway Addition, from Lafond Ave. to the alley in the rear of
said lot. Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes
on a strip of land 8 ft. in width on the west side of above easement and the easterly
