WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Emergency Management Department has an agreement with A31 Hands ConsultSng for $67,650.00 to
identi(y key crihcal mfrashvcture and key resources and collecY mformation on that mfrasuucture, and
WHEREAS, as part of the Metro Region Homeland Secunty and Emergency Management 7oint Powers Agreement Committee,
the Samt Paul Emeigency Management Department will be reunbwsed by Anoka County Emergency Management for the costs
of the agreement w�th All Hands Consulting, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not heen established for the agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section lO.OZ 1 of the Charter of the Cety of Samt Paul, does certify that there are available
for appropnahon funds of $67,650.00 m excess of those estimated in the 2Q 10 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following addirion be made [o the 2010 budget:

Attached is budget resolution from Emergency Management requesting authority to
establish a spending and financing plan £or a consulting agreement with All Hands
Consultang. All Hands Consulting will perform infrastructure analysis for Emergency
Management. The City will be fully reimbursed for the costs of this consulting
agreement by Anoka County as part of St. Paul's participation in the Metro Region
Homeland Security and Emergency Management 7oint Powers Agreement. OK to sign.
