Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
changing the grade of the alley in Block 16, St. Anthony Park North, from Buford. Avenue
to a point 180 ft. north of Buford Avenue to conform to the grade as shown on the
profile on file in the Department of Public Works. Also grading and surfacing with
bituminous material the alley in Block 16, St. Anthony Park North, from Buford Avenue
to Hendon Avenue, to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of
Public Works,
under Preliminary Order 172526 , approved April 1, 1955
Intermediary Order • 172967 , approved MS 3. 1955
Final Order 173359 , approved Nay 31, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 11th
day of 'rte , 19 56 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
