That the Northern States Power Company be
given permission to install one pole on
west side of No. Griggs, south of Foster;
one pole on south side of W. Cottage, east
of Rice; three poles in alley west of Kent,
south of Nebraska; one pole at southwest
corner McLean and Pt. Douglas Road; one
pole in alley west of Wilkins, south of
Ramsey, with necessary guys, anchors and
wires. Poles and wires to be removed when
requested to do so by the Common Council and
cost of said removal to be borne by the
Northern States Power Company.
