therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to removal of all portions
of the railroad track scale and supporting parts contained within and over the
track scale pit teppleximately 23 tons) at the Municipal Grain Terminal, Upper
Levee, approximately 400 feet west of Chestnut Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, to
ALL STATE IMPROVING COMPANY in accordance with Ctyy plans and specifications
therefore hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5763 of said All State Improving
Company, Contractor to pay City of St. Paul Port Authority $7.65 per net ton,
making total amount of contract approximately $175.95, such bid being the highest
and said All State Improving Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
• contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
