WHEREAS, the City council, as provided by law, has authorized
the Department of Parks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings to
enter upon the premises known and described as 1139 Juno Avenue
in the City of Saint Paul, and to tear down and remove the
dwelling, pump house, tool shed, outside toilet and chicken
coop thereon as being unsafe and dangerous to life, limb, and
ad j oiraing property, and

of said buildings were duly advertised for
iacaamsea with the provisions of the City Charter, and
the wets! 4b was in the sum of $290.00, and the expenses of
the Department of Parks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings in
connection with condemnation proceedings and writing specifica-
tions amount to $43.81, making a total of $333.81, and
WHEREAS, there are no funds now appropriated in the Building
Wrecking Emergency Fund for the wrecking and removal of said
buildings, be it
RESOLVED, That said sum be paid out of the Wrecking Condemned
Buildings Account of the General Fund 31 G 23, and that in
the event said sum proves to be collectible from the owner of
the premises,.4same is to be credited to the General Fund Item
31 G 23.
