Gentlemen:
Under date of May 14, 1956, a printed copy of Council
File No. 177801 was mailed to Martin V. King, 415 Rondo
Street, St. Paul 3, his last known address.
This resolution directed the wrecking and removal of
the duplex dwelling on Lot 22, Block 15, Mackubin &
Marshall's Addition, also known as 415 Rondo Street.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehear-
ing of the condemnation proceeding and the building has
not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action, which will authorice the Commissioner of Public
Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove
the building thereon and do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining
property.
