Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 8, Clarke's Addition
and Walton's Rearrangement No. 2, parallel with West Seventh Street; said alley to be
graded and surfaced 20 ft. wide from Victoria St. to the east and west alley, and the
southerly 16 ft. of the alley parallel with West Seventh Streit to be graded and sur-
faced from the east and west alley to Tuscarora Avenue,
under Preliminary Order 170598 , approved October 20, 1954
Intermediary Order 171151 , approved December 8, 1954
Final Order 1711122 , approved March II., 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the27th
day of June , 19_5_6_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owniiitt'h§ ,,� notice is directed.
