Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-239 was awarded to the Hankee Heating
Company for Removal of Existing Boilers, Facilities, Piping
and Fittings and the Installation of New Boilers, Facilities
and Revision of Piping at Como Park, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work, it has been found
necessary to run a new 1° return line from the garage unit
heater to the pump pit, and negotiations have been conducted
with the Contractor who agrees to take care of this for the
additional sum of $75.00 which is a reasonable amount for the
labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council which authorizes an addition to contract number
G-239, said addition in the amount of $75.00 and covering the
work above described.
Very truly yours,
Alf --d H. Schroeder
