FINAL ORDE CONDEMNATION .PROCEEDINGS
In the matter of opening and extending Wilson Avenue to a width of 60 ft. from the east
line of Pedersen Street to the westerly line of Sun-Ray Terrace Addition No.1, by
taking and condemning that part of the north 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 Section 35,
Township 29 North, Range 22 West, lying within a strip of land 60 ft. in width, the
center line of which is the present center line of Wilson Avenue on the east line of
Pedersen Street extended to the center line of Wilson Avenue as platted in Sun-Ray
Terrace Addition No.1,
under Preliminary Order 177320 , approved April 3, 1956
Intermediary Order 177683 , approved May 1, 1956
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is opening and extending Walton Avenue to a width of
60 ft, from the east line of Pedersen Street to the westerly line of Suw-Ray Terrace
Addition No.1, by taking and condemning that part of the north 1/2 of the Southeast .
1/4 Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, lying within a strip of land 60 ft.
in width, the center line of which is the present center line of Wilson Avenue on the .

and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
That part of the north 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 Section 35, Township 29 North,
Range 22 West, lying within a strip of land 60 ft.' in width, the center line of which
is the present center line of Wilson Avenue on the east line of Pedersen Street
extended to the center line of Wilson Avenue as platted in Sun-Ray Terrace Addition
No.1.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
