RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $26.50 be
allowed under contract number G-7548 between the City
of Saint Paul and the Perry A. Swenson Cpmpany, said
contract for construction of a new refreshment stand
north of the picnic pavilion in Como Park, St. Paul,
Minnesota, and said extra to cover 1,000 square feet
of mesh, this having been requested by the Commissioner
of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings, and agree-
ment made with the Contractor, and a memorandum of
said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-7548 was awarded to the Perry A.
Swenson Company for the construction of a new refreshment
stand north of the picnic pavilion in Como Park, St. Paul,
Minnesota.
During the course of the work, it was found necessary
to install extra mesh in the floor, 1,000 square feet of
it, in order to complete the job properly. Negotiations
have been conducted with the contractor who agrees to install
the required mesh for the sum of $26.50 which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize an addition to contract
number G-7548, said addition in the amount of $26.50 and
covering the above noted.
