RESOLVED, That the Department of Military Affairs of the State
of Minnesota, in connection with alterations being made to the St. Paul
Armory on Sixth Street, be authorized and permitted to install an oversize
driveway 33 feet wide at the property line, the westerly edge of said
. driveway to be approximately- 125 feet east of the east line of Main
Avenue, said work to be done under the direction of and to the satis-
faction of the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Departaent of
Public Works, subject to the condition that the crossing be kept clean
and free of ice and snow at all times.
