RESOLUTION
,� CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
Presented by
1 WHEREAS, Debren Enterprises LLC dJbla Tin Cup, located at 1220 Rice Street in Saint Paul, has
2 requested a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement for issuance of On-Sale Liquor 181-290 seats and On-
3 5a1e Liquor Sunday licenses; and

5 WHEREA5, the District 6 Planning Council has agreed to the waiver of the notice
6 requirements, and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in arder and there are no grounds for denial of
the license and that the failure to grant the waiver and the consequent delay in approving the license would
10 cause exceptional and unusual hardship to the license applicant; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the licensee agrees that in the event a complaint is received prior to the expiration of
13 the 45-day period and the complaint provides a basis for adverse action against the license, that the
14 Department of Safery and Inspections may direct the licensee to immediately discontinue all operarions
15 until a public hearing is scheduled, and that the licensee shall comply with said directive; now, therefore,

RESOLVED, that the 45 day notice requirements of § 409.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
are hereby waived and On-Sale Liquor 181-290 seats and On-Sa1e Liquor Sunday licenses are issued to
Debren Enterprises LLC d/b/a Tin Cup, located at 1220 Rice Street in Saint Paul, subject to the agreement
stated above.
