Dear Sir:
Contract Number L-5465-10 was awarded to Rose
Brothers Lumber and Supply Company for Wrecking of
Dwellings, Garages, Sheds, Outhouses and Removal of
Cisterns, Miscellaneous Concrete and Brick Work, Fences,
Walks, Septic Tank and Debris, together with Filling of
Outhouses, Wells and Cesspools located at 399 James
Avenue, and 485, 487 and 487Sf Randolph Avenue, St. Paul,
Minnesota.
Due to weather and ground conditions, the Contractor
has requested an extension of time for completion of this
contract Until April 15, 1956, which is a reasonable re-
quest. This extension of time is agreeable with the
Public Works Department for which this wrecking is to be
done.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be
submitted to the Council authorizing the extension of
time for completion of the contract as requested by
Rose Brothers Lumber and Supply Company.
Very truly yo V
