RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and installing
650 ft. Steel "H" Bearing Piling for Heavy Equipment Building, located at
City of St. Paul Asphalt Plant, 456 Burgess Street to CARL BOLANDER & SONS
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #5618 of said Carl Bolander & Sons Company
. for the contract price of $3,365.00 and unit prices bid for additions and
• ` deductions, such bid being the lowest and said Carl Bolander & Sons Company
_. ., . beinua+<reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of St. Paul.
