RESOLVED, That the Council h reby approves the award of the Contract Qaittee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Storm Sewer, on
Como Avenue from Eustis to Brampton to FRANK SERRATORE in accordance with
City plans'and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#5614 of said Frank Serratore for the contract price of $3353.00, such bid
being the lowest and said Frank Serratore being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper fora of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are
authorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
