Upon presentation of the latest order of the Railroad
and Warehouse Commission, dated February 24, 1956, in the
matter of the Application of the St. Paul City Railway Company
to fix and establish rates of fare to be charged by the
St. Paul City Railway Company for the transportation of
passengers by applicant as an auto transportation company,
pursuant to Chapter 221, M.S.A. , Docket A-5971-12, and
upon an analysis of the Legal Department of said order,
the exhibits offered by the Company at said hearing and the
statistical and legal ramifications inherent by reason of
the issuance of said order, be it
RESOLVED, that the Corporation Counsel is authorized
and directed to ask for a hearing or rehearing on said order
' before the Railroad and Warehouse Commission within the
purview of M.S.A. 221.04, Subdivision 3, to the end that a
full and complete hearing may be had in said matter and a
clarification of the figures and estimates submitted by the
Company and included in the Commission's order may be
respectfully asked for, including an application for
re-argument on said order and such rights to judicial appeal
properly protected, the application for rehearing and
argument under the Statute to be made at once by the Office
of the Corporation Counsel
