This is to certify that I am in doubt as to who is entitled to the
awards of damages in the following amounts for the taking of the follow-
ing described property:
An easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and
maintaining public sewers on, under, across and through the
following described lands : Those parts of Lots 1 to 8 inclu-
sive, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition, included in a strip
of land 20 feet in width, southerly of and adjacent to the
Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary District existing sewer easement
