RESOLVED, That the Council h reby concurs in the recommendation
of the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings to lease the
privilege of a candy floss concession a Como Park to Mrs. C. A. Fewer,
738 Como Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesot , for the park season of 1956, the said
Mrs. C. A. Fewer to pay for the privilege the sum of $300.00, payable $150.00
on May 15, 1956, and $150. 00 on June 5, 1956, and be it
FURTHER,RESOLVED, The th Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized

and directed to draw proper lease ther4for, and when drawn, the proper City
officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
