RA EY PRINTING CO PANT[ for the printing of Sample Ballots, Return Sheets, and
Ballot Labels for the Bureau of Elections at a cost of $1366.00 without
advertisement as this is the lowest bid as per Informal Bid,da1 an eswrgecy
exists where failure to act promptly would work hardship to the best
interests of the City.
