OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATE Block 3 and Block 4 of said Addition and the Easterly line of that certain strip of land One Hundred (100) feet in width described in deed dated the fifth day of December 1883 and of record in Book 115 of Deeds at Page 668 in the office of the Register of Deeds aforesaid, containing 22.32 acres of land, more or less, subject to an easement in that portion of said lands which is comprised by the Easterly Half (Es) of that certain tract of land situate in said Section Eighteen (18) according to the United States Government Survey thereof which is described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Block 4 of aforesaid Addition, thence Northerly along the extended Easterly line of said Block 4 a distance of ten (10) feet; thence in clockwise direction on circumferinae.-.ref a fifty (50). foot radius circle with Leiter in the extended center line of the Sixty (60) foot wide street interposing between Block 4 and Block 3 of said Addition and at a point Fifty (50) feet northerly along said extended center line from point of intersection of same with the northerly line of said Addition, to an intersection of said circumference with the extended Westerly line of Block 3 of said Addition; thence Southerly ten (10) feet along said ex- tended Westerly line of Block 3 to the Northwesterly corner of said Block 3; thence in Westerly direction along the Northerly line of said Addition, Sixty (60) feet more or less to the place: of beginning; which easement is provided by said resolution of said Board to be dedicated to the public for public thoroughfare uses and purposes in perpetuity.
