The Legislarive Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
prior to the hearings. The property owners were notified and did not appeaz:
Appeal of Patrick Hoy, Window World Twin Cities, to the denial of a building permit to
replace egress windows for property at 771 Lakeview Avenue.
Grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress replacement bedroom windows
throughout the building.
Appeal of Theodore Kvasnik to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at
1556 Selbv Avenue.
Grant a 2-inch variance on the openable width of the egress windows in the upper west bedroom.
Appeal of Barry Star to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 1810
