Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-7498 was awarded. to the Christensen
Construction Company for General Construction of the Como
Park Garage and Shops.
Due to the unusually early and severe winter, the
Contractor has requested an extension of time for completion
of this contract until July 1, 1956, which is a reasonable
request.
It is therefore suggested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize the requested extension of
time for completion of this contract until July 1, 1956.
Very truly yours/
