WHEREAS, Louis L. Mark, a police officer of the City of '
Saint Paul, was injured in a third party accident while in
the course of his employment, on the 19th day of November 1955,
resulting in damage to the police ambulance which he was
driving, in the amount of $95.03, and medical expense on behalf
of said employe, in the amount of $38.00, and
WHEREAS, said employe has made a settlement of his claim
against the party causing said accident, in the amount of
$175.00, and the insurer of said party has offered to pay the
damage to the police ambulance, in amount of $95.03, and the
medical expense incurred on behalf of sad employe, in amount
of $38.00, a total of $133.03, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to executed a release in the amount of $133.03 in full payment of
the Cityts claim for damage to police ambulance and medical expense
resulting from said accident, to be credited to the proper funds.
