RESOLVED, That the Council hereby —..roves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards the contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to repairing the large boiler at the City of St. Paul
Asphalt Plant to the KENNY BOILER & YAUUFACTURING COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5586 of said Kenny Boiler &
Manufacturing Company at a contract price of $1,100.00, such bid being the lowest bid,
and said Kenny Boiler & Manufacturing Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
