RESOLVED, That the Council hereb area the award of the Contract Committee therlefor
and hereby awards contract for furniEhing all labor, materials and services necessary for
the construction of three (3) Rigid Steel Frame Buildings located at the City Asphalt
plant, 1156 Burgess Street, St. Paul, Minnesota to BUTLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid 0450 of said Butler Manufacturing Company for the contract price of $27,317.00, such
bid being the lowest and said Butler Manufacturing Company being the lowest reliable
and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are
authorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
