Hon. Council
City of St. Paul
Gentlemen:
Will you please institute condemnation action against
280 Stinson Street, which is described as W. 13.33' of
Lot 2, E. 13.33' of Lot 3, Block 2, Beifeld's Subdivi-
sion of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Wilkin 8 Hayward's Out Lots.
This is a one story frame dwelling, generally very dil-
apidated, fire damaged extensively, and now dangerous
to life, limb and adjoining property. There are no san-
itary facilities and the electrical wiring is not hooked
up. This building should be wrecked and removed.
The last known owner is Frank W. Steinbauer, 280 Stinson
Street.
A hearing date should be set in accordance with Section
107.2 of the Building Code, which outlines condemnation
procedure.
Yours truly,
Al ed H. Schroeder
