M. on the 13th day of March 1956, upon the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the one story frame dwelling on the west 13.33 feet of Lot 2, east 13.33 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, Beifelds Subdivision of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Wilkin & Hayward's Out Lots, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 280 Stinson Street, because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property. Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: Will you please institute condemnation action against 280 Stinson Street, which is described as W. 13.33' of Lot 2, E. 13.33' of Lot 3, Block 2, Beifeld's Subdivi- sion of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Wilkin 8 Hayward's Out Lots. This is a one story frame dwelling, generally very dil- apidated, fire damaged extensively, and now dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. There are no san- itary facilities and the electrical wiring is not hooked up. This building should be wrecked and removed. The last known owner is Frank W. Steinbauer, 280 Stinson Street.
