improvement for Harr et Island Roadway along the South bank of
the Mississippi River from approximately Station 0 minus 109 to a
point approximately 1248 feet West (Station 11+39 on Plans)
"Contract J", Comptroller's Contract L-5652, St. Paul Dredging Co.
contractor, have been provided for in the specifications at unit
prices stipulated herein, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
Additions and Deductions:

ADDITIONS
15.6 Cu. Yds Build up old revetment @ 7.65 119.34
Net Deduction $2,091.66
WHEREAS, The total net Deduction is $2,091.66
now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City
Council approves the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with
the specifications in the sum of $2,091.66, said sum to be
deducted from the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L-5652, for the making of the
above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $2,091.66 is the correct amount
to be deducted from the above contract.
