WHEREAS, on Apri17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-371,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
November 30 to December 10, 2009. (File No. J0926A, Assessment No. 108807); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 1144 Jenks Avenue, being described as:

Hillsdale St Paul Lot 9 Blk 8;
9 with the property identification number 28-29-22-13-0191 was assessed an amount of $419.00 for property
10 clean up; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the Department of
13 Safety and Inspections indicates that the property owner did not receive proper legal notification.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $419.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-371 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
