In the matter of condemning and taking easements for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and maintaining public sewers on, under, across and through the fol- lowing described lands: Those parts of Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition, included in a strip of land 20 ft. in width, southerly of and adjacent to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary District existing sewer easement in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 as previously acquired and a matter of record in Book 821 Mortgages page 289. . Also those parts of Lots 5, 9 and 10, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition and Fifth Street (vacated) included in a strip of land 10 ft. in width, easterly of and adja- cent to the City of St. Paul existing sewer easement in said lots and Fifth Street (vacated), as previously acquired and a matter of record under Final Condemnation Order C.F. 102860 approved February 18, 1936. Also those parts of Lots 3, 4, 9, 10, 13 and 14, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition included in a strip of land 15 ft. in width, easterly of and adjacent to the City of. St. Paul existing sewer easement in said lots as previously acquired and a matter of record under Condemnation of Sewer Easement in Book 2, page 27, Miscellaneous Plats and Book "D" page 28 Plans; also Book "30", page 712, Miscellaneous Records recorded October 31, 1892 Register of Deeds. Also condemning and taking temporary easements for construction purposes on the fob lowing described lands: Those parts of Lots 2 to 7 inclusive, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition included in a strip of land 30 ft. in width, southerly of and adjacent to the 20 ft. Y adj permanent easement first described above. All those parts of Lots 4, 5, 10 and 14, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition included in the triangular area between the existing 20 ft. easement of the City of St. Paul, the existing 18 ft. easement of Minneapolis-St. Paul Sanitary District and easterly of the 10 ft. permanent easement described above. Also those parts of Lots 3 and 4, Block 28, Lyman Dayton's Addition, included in a strip of land 20 ft. in width, easterly of and adjacent to the 15 ft. permanent easement described above.
